Helen is a Registered Massage Therapist that has worked on the North Shore for the last 14 years. She is a compassionate RMT that uses a variety of techniques to assist her patients to a more balanced, healthy lifestyle. She is warm and welcoming and very passionate about holistic health.
Born and raised in North Vancouver Helen graduated from The West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2007. She did begin her education in massage therapy in Nova Scotia at The Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. Helen’s treatment approach utilizes a hands on assessment and many different techniques such as deep tissue, trigger point release, craniosacral, fascial work, visceral massage and joint mobilization.
When she is not working you can find her getting the most out of what our incredible community has to offer but most likely you will find her near the ocean or mountains with her children and pup.
